By accessing or using PinPoint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PinPoint is a bowling analytics and arsenal management application designed to help bowlers track their stats, manage their equipment, and improve their game. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service (e.g., "Pro Mode") require a paid subscription.

• Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Content access may be revoked upon cancellation.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the data (scores, ball inventory, notes) you input into the Service. By submitting this content, you grant us a license to store, display, and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing the Sevice to you.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others to bypass subscription fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinPoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
